Camera (Transform Softimage)

Help Interactive camera for 3D scenes with controls similar to those in Autodesk's Softimage

Info This node comes with the addon pack. Get it here.

Here you are supposed to see an image (rendered with SVG) describing the pins of this node. However, this does not work with Internet Explorer. You may want to consider using another browser, like FireFox, Chrome, Safari or Opera that do support SVG.

Camera (Transform Softimage)

Creates a Camera which is movable with the same keyboard/mouse semantics at is used in the software products from the company Softimage

Usage

click the black render window

  • press "r" to reset viewport
  • press "o" and hold while dragging to orbit
  • press "z" and hold while dragging to..
    • left mousebutton: pan
    • right mousebutton: zoom
  • press "p" and hold while dragging to dolly
    • left mousebutton: slow
    • right mousebutton: fast
