Note that the development of vvvv is basically a non-profit endeavour. We trust in our users that all commercial usage of the software is indicated properly to allow further developments.

Installation

  • extract the vvvv directory from the .zip archive to a nice place on your harddisk.
Do NOT use the Windows zip-function, we highly recommend 7zip since many users had problems with other unpackers.
  • run setup.exe
  • if you see red items, follow the instructions
  • if you see 4 green lights -> exit
    • run start_with_demo.bat
    • or vvvv.exe for a plain patch
  • if you encounter any problems during installation see TroubleShooting

Getting Started

Check the Learning page and go through the tutorials. Further questions should be answered in the Using vvvv section. Also have a look at the demo-patches coming with vvvv in the \girlpower directory.
