Dir2Enum (Enumerations File) and Enum2Filepath (Enumerations File)

Two patches, one creates an Enum out of the contents of the specified directory, the other lets one select a filename from the enumeration and puts out the relevant filepath.
This avoids the freeze of vvvv while a file selection dialog is open.
The use of self-created enums is quite buggy, so I decided to only publish this as a patch, not a module.
Only one instance of Dir2Enum may exist at any time!

bbTexDir2Enum (Enumerations File) and bbFileTexture (EX9.Texture)

I also created two customized version of the abovementioned patches which I use to easily access my texture files. The first acesses a file at a certain location to parse the path to my texture directory. The second lets me easily choose textures from an enum without freezing of vvvv.
Be advised, sometimes ghost entries appear, so use with caution, especially in automated circumstances.

mrboni: I meant a gpu version of B-Spline (3D Surface). I only found an approach using bicubic filtering on a texture (dx9 gpuparticles)
