now spreadable

hey Matias,

without having that hardware at hand i can tell you:
your module will work only with a single device.

your Color Input was set to Cols/Rows/Pages, so no possibility at all to spread.

i can't attach files here, so you have to look at cant-attach-file-whilecommenting-a-contribution to download my improvements...

i can imagine more improvements like

  • resampling color, if start address is spreaded
  • autoadd startaddresses, if more than 4 (8,12,16,....) colors present at input...

anyway...
nice!

hallo kalle,
thank you once again for your guidance! i knew that it'd only work with one fixture, but i only had one to work with and was sort of in a hurry, so i didn't bother figuring out how to do it right, shame on me... but i'm glad to see the vvvv community once again come to my aid! ;)
there are a couple more bricks where this came from, so i think i'll have a reason to finish this module sooner rather than later... :)

well, i got to playing with the brick again so i fixed the module. i still can't quite grok resample-(spreads) , but i did it another way and it seems to work.

hey matias,

"my" version is also spreadable by simply spreading the startadresses...

uploaded some improvements i had already done once before, but seems i've lost the module somewhere...
