@sohya: no problems - great site.... @oschatz: thanks a lot!

rand526, Monday, May 8th 2006

@sohya & rand: anyway - great works! so sorry i can read japanese

oschatz, Monday, May 8th 2006

@rand526sorry. It jumped to a conclusion. I was misunderstanding it with all works made from vvvv. The explanation is added. Thank you.

sohya, Monday, May 8th 2006

who's doing those morpho screenshots? Those are really tasty.

panopticon, Sunday, May 7th 2006

@sohya, i notice there are a few of my stills on yr site. this is not a problem - but many of them arent done with vvvv :) - i cant read whether there supposed to be or not...

rand526, Sunday, May 7th 2006

wow oschatz, It is my site. I make an interactive work by using VVVV in Japan. Moreover, it introduces the work made with vvvv, and the manual is translated into Japanese.

oschatz, Sunday, May 7th 2006

@cat: Neat! If I convince my boss to buy some of these, will you share your patch? ;>

panopticon, Saturday, May 6th 2006

oops my mistake, versa tubes, http://www.elementlabs.com/ Chromas have been on every job since, hence in my mind! They're driven by video->a pixel mapping box

catweasel, Friday, May 5th 2006

I am pretty sure that "chroma strip" is a product of Pulsar Lighting: see http://www.pulsarlight.com/ChromaStrip2.htm

kalle, Friday, May 5th 2006

can you explain what you mean by "chroma strips"? I can think of like 3 things that could actually mean ;>

panopticon, Friday, May 5th 2006

It was running realtime, driving chroma strips, had a few bugs, I tink they've all been swatted now....

catweasel, Friday, May 5th 2006

@catweasel: are you running a patch realtime on those shows or is it pre-production?

panopticon, Friday, May 5th 2006

http://www.pro-music-news.com/html/studio/e51213co.htm The monitor at the back slightly obsured is running my vvvv patch!

catweasel, Thursday, May 4th 2006

@dequid: page is now obsolete and will be removed.

ampop, Thursday, May 4th 2006

hehe, http://www.midigun.com/

kalle, Thursday, May 4th 2006

@ampop: download links on http://vvvv.meso.net/tiki-index.php?page=Networks+Project+Bozen are not working :(

dequid, Thursday, May 4th 2006

these scribbles will result into a research paper (of course in english) till then only for internal use. sorry. forgot to set perms correctly. david

david, Thursday, May 4th 2006

Any change there will be an english version for " web-application development" looks interesting...

Westbam, Wednesday, May 3rd 2006

jannis, Wednesday, May 3rd 2006

:)

oschatz, Wednesday, May 3rd 2006

hey, thanks whichever mod fixed my link screwup over here ;>

panopticon, Wednesday, May 3rd 2006

@oschatz cheers for the info

u7angel, Tuesday, May 2nd 2006

just multiply your color in the shader with the matrix. and you have all kinds of control about the colors of your shader.

oschatz, Tuesday, May 2nd 2006

@u7angel & sanch: Re: Luminance Matrix. It is for creating matrices to do color transformatioms in a shader. See http://www.engr.udayton.edu/faculty/jloomis/ece563/notes/enhancement/Grafica3/default.htm

oschatz, Tuesday, May 2nd 2006

i just tried the AVIVO powered video out of my new atix1600 and this looks brilliant. no need for expensive scanconverters. interesting for everyone who wants to record video from v4 output

u7angel, Monday, May 1st 2006

@pan, this is definetely fun :)

u7angel, Monday, May 1st 2006

This is potentially fun: http://www.makezine.com/blog/archive/2006/04/logitech_quickcam_orbit_mp_1.html?CMP=OTC-0D6B48984890| WebCam with reality augmentation in the software

panopticon, Monday, May 1st 2006

if i remenber, the luminance matrix node show only the pixel totaly align with the monitor pixel .

sanch, Monday, May 1st 2006

mmm...ok but that doesnt really help how to use it :)

u7angel, Monday, May 1st 2006

what is luminance matrix for ? no help file or documentation...

u7angel, Saturday, Apr 29th 2006

i will do a post.

moustikopat, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

you mean the renderer has < 50fps? then it is obvious. fluid video needs exactly 50fps in the renderer.

joreg, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

@joreg. ok. i ask because i have a pb with holo3d card. when the renderer go down 50 fps my video is not fluid. what do you thinks about this ?

moustikopat, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

ja. cheater is only useful to use videotextures deinterlacing functionality with videoinput drivers that don't support videoinfoheader2 format

joreg, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

hi all. more precison about Cheater node. It adds only metadata ?

moustikopat, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

@hype, i uploaded the first How to: Body Projections into the forum...(tracking silouhettes) more soon...

jannis, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

hi panopticon....thanks for your love...it's always appreciated !! glad you like it...i'm preparing a "how to bodyvvvvisuals" right now. i will post a "how to spherearize" on the weekend...greetings jannis

jannis, Thursday, Apr 27th 2006

@jannis, that looks awesome. I esp. love the spherical cityscape, I gotta try to do that.

panopticon, Wednesday, Apr 26th 2006

yes thats a real simple texturefeedback like in matroska or snow. the trick is to use the right blendmodes, texturetiling and a texture queue. i post it mabe tomorrow on my userpage.

elektromeier, Tuesday, Apr 25th 2006
