VVVVirmata - connecting input to output not working

hi there,

tried to play around with a potentiometer on a arduino duemilanove to control a LED. The potentionmeter is connected to the ANALOG IN and working fine, giving nice values at the output of the arduino node. But vvvv won’t let me connect the output pin to the input of the same node - is there a workaround or am I doing wrong things?
