After installing some codecs today, I go this error when trying to start beta27.2, alpha 28 starts fine…
I’ve uninstalled all the codecs but still v4 no worky!

I did find a link to an opencv error thread which seems to be the issue, if I move the free frame folder out of v4 all works

ok, seems related to the old opencv version beta27.2 is using. since b28 will use latest opencv and you say it already works with a28 i’d consider this case closed.
