Automatic sub-patching

Hi
in Blender’s compositing node editor you can just select a group of node and it ll make a nice “subpatch” for you… just day dreaming or any chance this will be possible in vvvv ?

I’m hope this is coming cos your far from the first to request this… somewhere over that rainbow?

Wow, that would be brilliant, easy and a time saver.

Patch first, clean later…

definetly one of the most requested features, i’d like to have this too… woei did a module once, which had problems, anyone up for a fix?

Until then:
CTRL+C …
CTRL+SHIFT+P…
CTRL+V …
leftclick on inputs pin …
middle click…
middle click again to assign name to IO… bla bla bla

and don’t forget to re-connect all stuff…

That would be really a timeSaver…

problem with the module was creating the right ioboxes for the in and outputs. nodelist.xml bring some peace on this matter, but now with all the plugins, the issue persists.
probably now better solvable with a plugin to do that.

And why not, for example, a Ctrl+double rightclick inside a node for Inspektor (Shift+Ctrl+double rightclick for its instances)? After all we have already Alt+double leftclick to duplicate.
