Hide patch on boygrouped clients

Is it possible to hide the entire patch on clients? I would like to see the entire patch on my server but have the clients just start up into their fullscreen renderer on all boygrouped clients. Seems like this is probably a pretty common desired behavior.

try with the
/shutup
startup option for the clients.
