hi,
i am quite new to vvvv, and need some help.
i am trying to do the vst synth tutorial of:
i downloaded the plug in put it in the vst folder
i can select it in the node list but after clicking
it does not appear in the v4 window, the same happens
with every vst plug in i try.
any help appreciated

Create a Renderer (TTY) before selecting the plugin in the node list.
Does it show any error messages?
Try to drag & drop the plugin into the patch window from windows explorer.
indeed the render shows this message:
00:00:24 ERR : A specified class is not registered in the registration database.
00:00:24 * : didn’t create node; [0.v4p ////, without name (ID: 1)](0.v4p ////, without name (ID: 1)): Access violation at address 0062F046 in module ‘vvvv.exe’. Read of address 00000000
00:00:24 * : couldn’t find/create node without name (ID: 1) in patch 0.v4p ////. deleting action.
now what ?

found the solution here at the forum,
the same thing can happen with freeframe plug ins

in crack.exe have you run “unregister all” and then close it and restart crack.exe again (so it reregisters everything)
