Hi io , i was about to open a new thread about hdmi capture for vvvv i think it is similar to what you are looking for , i was wondering if anyone knows and ever tested one of those http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/intensity/ or any http://www.hdtvsupply.com/hdmivideocard1.html i would like to get video from 2-3 standard home video cameras with hdmi output ideally xpress card or usb3 ?

from what they say in another thread, the blackmagic is pretty unusable…
i’ve only had good experience with the blackmagic intensity working with 720p. certainly decent frame rates and fairly small delay.
