Alpha, red, green, blue channels apears displaced

hi…

I’m new in VVVV, this is practically my first useful proyect. It works perfectly in the computer I made it, but when I run the aplication in another one, the rbga channels apears displaced in a vertical line: the alpha channel is in place, but red is over the alpha, green is over the red channel and blue is over all the other channels, any video is working well… I only test this patch in 3 computers: 1 is where I made the patch and two others (laptops)where the patch shows the same behavior… please if anyone knows what’s happend or have an idea of how improve the patch pleas let me know…

can you post a picture of that phenomenon?
i cant think of anything that you could patch that has such an effect. the only thing i could think of here is that your other pcs have different codecs installed…

agree with joreg all the semptomes points to codecs ;]
might help try play with VideoTexture YUV and VRM9
also you have a switch node in there, it can result such behaviour if you try to connect textures with different formats (codecs) in that switch.

the problem was the cinepack codec that I was using… All is fixed now, but still don’t understand why other videos with the same codec was playing correctly in other patches… well… I installed k-lite codec pack mega in the other computers and all is going well… thanks for your quick response Joreg and Antokhio…
