herr inspektor does not show me what i type in descriptive name input field. it stays empty while typing. the new name appears in the descriptive name field and on the node (or iobox) after pressing enter. i am on win7, 32bit, v4beta23.
could that be related to DPI-Settings?

vvvv is best viewed with 96dpi. all other settings cause troubles. hope the 96dpi work for your eyes.
hello… maybe do not press enter after typing in the descriptive name field, i think thats the reason why you dont see the text, you have a new line in the field. to confirm your entry, just click somewhere else with the mouse instead of pressing enter… this happens for me sometimes too…
thanks for the hint. it is the dpi setting. set to 100% (96 pixel per zoll) everthing is fine. god what a huge screen it is :)
