New and a Few Questions

I try several things in vvvv, mainly to calculate some things and visualize it basic.
i got some problems:

is there a way to “extract a root” ? ( in german: “wurzel ziehen” )

what is the easiest way to make parts of my patch start at a exact time. ( like time:0 ->built some points - move them. time: 30 delete point 1 because his lifetime is over, time: 40 delete point 2 because lifetime ist over… and so on… tings like this.

and last but not least:
is there another resource to learn vvvv on internet because this forum is nice but here are not that many information. also the f1 button helps not every time. i mean such things like tutorials for a bit more than basic things. turorials to understand the programm in a deeper way.

there is definitely a lack of information and helpfiles, thats right.
but read the manuals careful; i found them very good and precise. i had to read them lots more than once to get every hint.
try to understand those wonderful girlpowerpatches.
and i hope you ask your questions here!!

sure i ask my questions here. but always look beyond the horizont - thats the way to learn more.

it may take some time to get used to it, but the easiest way for implementing these things is the Automata node. see Automata (Animation)

if you´re into distance calculations, just dont miss the Points2Vector and Vector2Points nodes (they will even obsolete the question of how to do arctan other than by using Expr)
