hi i’m trying to intall vvvv and its coming up with missing dll when i try to load .exe
i have tryed to put the dll in system32 but still not working.
any ideas?
2 questions:
1.)did you have admin rights when first time starting lovely vvvv?
you should have that at least the first time.
2.)which program did you use for unzipping the beta?
1.) i’m pretty sure - have tryed to install on 2 p.c now and second one i def must have admin rights

(when extracting am also having "this file already contains a file named ‘-----.vp4’) there are a few of them, all .vp4s
dxerr9ab.dll is part of the vvvv distribution and needs to be in the bin folder.
there is no need at all to put it into the windows folder.
the errors you get when unzipping vvvv indicate a problem. the vvvv_beta9.10.zip should unpack in something like the following structure
bin
effects
freeframe
modules
help
girlpower
Args.txt
license.txt
uninstall.exe
difff.xml
readme.txt
vvvv.exe
can you confirm that the bin folder is in the same directory as vvvv.exe and the bin folder actually contains dxerr9ab.dll (along with something like 12 other files)?
