Tap tempo

Hi,
I’d like to make a tap tempo button, that outputs a 1 for each beat, and keeps on running, until a new beat is tapped in. How can I build something like that, or is there already such a Module?

But the new Beta14 BeatTracker does (DShow9) does its job very well.

there is also the every shipping Metronom (Animation) module which does exactly that.
