Modify just a section of a geometry (dx11)

Hey guys, do you have any idea of how to deform/modify just a section of a geometry in the dx11?

depends on your geometry, if it’s low poly u can use dynamicbuffers with offsets
otherwise i gonna need to upload pointeditor for dx11

how do you use a point editor for dx11?
