FeatureReq- A node to disable v4 shortcuts

I’d quite like a node where you could turn off v4 shortcuts, for example when your over a renderer and want to use ctl+z or f1 or alt3 and not have them do anything, thing designing interfaces, given that shutup does this already, would this be an easy one?

or maybe, if we’re in locked state (ctrl+E) - what could be considered a run-mode - the shortcuts could be disabled (optionally).

of course, a dedicated node for the shortcuts is much more flexible.
