Resolution is stuck on 640x480 while connecting a projector

Hello everybody,

when i connect a projector to my macbook pro the projectors resolution is not adjustable and stuck on 640x480 !!!

(i’m using a macbook pro 15", NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M, with bootcamp and windows 7 - 64bit)
I’m sure that’s not a vvvv-specific question but maybe someone had/has the same problems.

Seems like an EDID Problem.
How do you have connected the Projector? Thunderbold or HDMI?

I noticed that Macs have some issues getting the right EDID via Thunderbolt.

Easy way would be restarting some times or change the output.
