hey all
the power button doesn’t work to shutdown the computer when vvvv is running because vvvv stops the shutdown
is there a command line flag or something which means that vvvv will happily close when asked?

ended up using the shutdown node with force
so the computer shuts down at a scheduled time rather than on user pressing power
is there a more elegant way?

same here,even i force the power button the v4p still running.seems block the shutdwon command from the system.not sure about that.looking for the help either,thank you.

Sadly, this is kind of feature you cant disable. I guess its because of some priority issue of V4 in windows.
Anyway there is a solution by Kalle, see his patches.
Later I did a kill process approach combined with a clock timer to be sure system got down.
