Runtime error 216 at 00405342

hi all,
closing patch most of the time i get “Runtime error 216 at 00405342”
TTY throws up bunch of similar ERRs relating to many .fx files in patch
e.g.
00:00:10 ERR : System.Exception in VVVV.Core: ID item Document C:\VVVV\FXs\TextureFX\Filter\Dilate\Dilate.fx (‘C:\VVVV\FXs\TextureFX\Filter\Dilate\Dilate.fx’) has parent already.
and
00:00:16 ERR : Corrupt link-message in Patch C:\DATA\VVVV\REQ_NEW_v1.v4p. srcViewPin or dstViewPin is nil!
any hints?
