Rounded Quad

I need Help.
I need a rounded box for video texture (live cam).

i patched a module for this a while ago.
thank you for reminding me at RoundRect (DX9).
i just uploaded it to kalle.Modules.DX9

are there any approaches out there for a RoundRect where the radius of the corners is not affected by the scaling of the object?
so a behaviour like the RoundRect (GDI) .

i think it could be solved with a grid, arbitrary transformed by a bspline. but didn’t come to a working and spreadable solution yet.
