If I remember correctly, in some thread discussing some new features for vvvv, when talking about the concept of ‘boy-threading’ (something like boygrouping but on 1 single pc), someone said that it is possible to open multiple vvvv instances (which could run on different cpu-cores) by copying vvvv.exe to a new name an opening this one next to the usual vvvv.exe.
I wanted to experiment a bit with that, and as it seems, beta26 won’t run when copied to a different name, whereas it works in beta 25.1.
Since this could be useful in some scenario’s, could this be made possible again in newer versions?
