for now the reader isn’t threaded. so it always blocks everything until it finished reading. therefore you can are save to use the content of the file in the same frame as you read it!
had the same problem, but there is an easy workaround, just connect a Decay node after OnLoad … decay of 2 seconds works fine for me.
