Putting an image in a forum/contributions post continues to be dodgey. Sometimes, after the image “upload”, an “insert” button appears, othertimes I get a “missing from cache error”, and sometimes it uploads OK but there is no “insert” button.
I have found that in the “missing from cache” case re-uploading it usually works, and in the case of no “insert” button, if I “preview” the post after the upload, the “insert” button will then appear and the image can be placed in the post.
