Liquid blend

I would like to create visuals that simulate a colored liquid blending into a clear one (like water)… particles, maybe, or a shader?

Any suggestion is welcome…

Not sure what exactly you mean. But check the TransformbyTexture http://vvvv.org/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=769 Shader. Create a greyscaled mask renderer with blury moving objects. Put that mask into the Shader and play around a bit.
