Dynamic texture spreaded apply

seems like the Apply DynamicTexture (EX9.Texture Value) is not really spreadable.

ok:
if first slice is set to apply, only the first texture changes accordingly
not ok:
if any other slice than first is set to apply nothing changes

test/demo-patch please.
