Does Halftone Shader work?

I downloaded it 2night, to check it out, but it looked kind off weird, and doesn’t do anything. All other shaders do work.

I’m also facing problems with that shader in vvvv beta 12 - it doesn’t work at all.

In beta 11 it works on my pc.

strange bogus. it is in line 198. outcomment this line or set the ps shader model to 2_a, or 2_b or ps_3_0 (whatever your card likes best).
