In the Help File of Kontrolleur, the Port is set to 4444 and in the kontrolleur app it is by default set to 44444. Shouldn’t these be the same?

right. so if you only create the node the default app-setting works. if you open the helppatch as well they don’t clash but you’ll have to change the app-setting.
