step by step

  1. copy (ctrl+c) some part of a patch so you have some v4 XML in your clipboard

2.double click to get nodebrowser and paste the xml into the nodebrowser (ctrl + v)

  1. press ESCAPE to close the nonsense you just did

  2. double click for nodebrowser and see it is empty not showing any node
