DX12 for VL standalone?

So the renderer for VL wasn’t developed yet and you afaik you don’t plan to include one in the first standalone release as well?

Wouldn’t it be viable, in that case, to make that renderer support DX12 when you start the development on it? The hardware support will be quite big as the majority, if not all, DX12 features are supported by current DX11 hardware.
It could definitely mean a huge gain in performance over what we have now with vvvv and DX11.
So are there any plans for that?
