SetRes (EX 9)
Allows to change resolution and refresh rate of a fullscreen Renderer (EX 9) within a patch
Does only accept / work with resolutions that are available with Inspektor
Especially useful for setting wanted resolution on 2nd monitor if renderer is falling back to standard 1024x768@60 when starting patch
