VideoTexture (EX9.Texture VMR9 YUVMixingMode)

Help Requires Windows > XP SP2. Renders video on a texture. Depending on graphics card optionally allows deinterlacing and color transformations.

Here you are supposed to see an image (rendered with SVG) describing the pins of this node. However, this does not work with Internet Explorer. You may want to consider using another browser, like FireFox, Chrome, Safari or Opera that do support SVG.

setting waitforframe to 1 will make vvvv wait until the videoframe is there. this usually makes sense, but it will slow down your patch to the frame rate of the video.

FAQ

Does the videotexture buffer?

no, it will just display the current frame of the video. it uses directshow to play back the video, so in case directshow does not deliver the right frame in time, it will not be there.


Hints

You cant stream two HuffYuvs with different codec settings

be aware, that HuffYuv only supports 4:3 or 5:4 frameratio and you cant stream two (or more) HuffYuvs with different codec settings (like left, gradient or median), that wont work.
