Help gets the Window Handle of a Windows Window

Here you are supposed to see an image (rendered with SVG) describing the pins of this node. However, this does not work with Internet Explorer. You may want to consider using another browser, like FireFox, Chrome, Safari or Opera that do support SVG.

about HWND (Windows)

Microsoft windows uses window handles internally to access the windows. Each window has a specific arbitrary number. Doing arithmetic with that number them will get unpredictable results. Use the HWND node to get the handle of a window with a given title (shown in the title area of the window). HWND will retrive all windows with a given title. this might be more powerful as you like - for example there are manymany__ windows with just an empty title. You might absolutely like to use GetSlice here.

See ShowWindow (Windows) or SendMessage (Windows) to actually *do* things with these Handles
