It's truly volumetric, done with raymarching. More expensive than shine, but also more complex effects possible. Will post as contribution, as soon as I've cleaned it up.

nissidis: @synth I do with Instance Noodles and FieldTrip (RTX 2080) I rolled back to Studio Drivers (instead of GameReady ones)
