i don't know your vvvv skills but i suggest:

if you are newbie

a patch like this one will be more confusing than helpful.
better try to understand the girlpower-patches.

if you are intermediate:

check the fabulous svvvvitcher of tonfilm
i assume velcrome's patch is maybe, ahem, kind of basically similar.
for sure lots of inspiration in there!
