463 PEOPLE REPORTED DEAD AT CYNETART 2010 !!!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3qOobiHw3Y

"Post Mortem" by Jannis Kreft is a mutual multi-death experience for the entire family. People come and die together, reflect about perishability and talk about a taboo to mankind: Death itself.

As soon as you interact with "Post Mortem" you are virtually dead.
You experience what happens to your body after death when exposed in a warm and humid climate where flies have excess to your remains.

Once you layed down your arm a fly will seek a suitable oviposition site to lay eggs. You discover how an entire population of flies evolves from eggs to larva to pupa to fly.

If there are no arms on the table, there are no flies. The population of flies can grow up into the thousands. The flies are in constant interaction with the dead. When a new arm appears or leaves the surface the flies go wild and start to fly for a short amount of time.

Textures are projected and mapped to match your arm showing you the process of decay of the human body. Layers of type give you a forensic insight.
