i am from Japan

Sending Kinect real-time motion capturing data from vvvv to Cinema4D, using fOSC.
Things on vvvv are going well, but playing around with skinning and bone animation on C4d was quite stressing.
Anyone know what could be the best software to character animation?

And now for something completely different, Csaba Hruska (a friend of mine) and his friend Péter Diviánszky is developing a powerful language called LambdaCube 3D based on Haskell which makes graphics development easy yet keeping low-level control of what's happening. They already created backends for WebGL1.0, OpenGL ES 2.0, and OpenGL3.3 and now we found out with Csaba it would be fun to create a DirectX 11 backend and it would be even funnier to create a wrapper in vvvv for LamdaCube.

Join us on 19th March 4PM GMT or 5PM CET to see where we managed to push this integration and see its possibilities ;)

From now on i will ditch Twitch in favor of Youtube again because that provides me more info and their chat is persistent. Sorry German viewers you have to connect Chinese style.
this is our lovely link until youtube decides vveekend vvorkshops deserves a unique human-readable URL https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCa8Vqigdbq5Gam_6dcGdNBw

Qobo is a cube that connects with your laptop and gives you the ability to interact with your media contents and any programming software for entertainment, multimidea and music in a totally unique way! It incorporates an inertial measurement unit, a programmable RGB led and a simple haptic feedback...each of them is easily programmable and accessible.

Qobo transmits serial over bluetooth messages...this means that you can easily capture them within your favourite platform, like MAX MSP, vvvv, Puredata, Flash, Java & Javascript, Processing and make you own application! Android and iOS are also supported.

You can easily access informations like: position, G force direction, Yaw Pitch Roll and more... and use them to write your own application and invent your personal use case.

Qobo receives inputs as well: you can personalise the RGB color scheme and make it vibre, flashing, pulsing, fading with rotation or steadily glowing.

Find more at: www.qobo-controller.com
We are looking for people to make it bigger and more Open Source!
