hornmassive can't bend physics, so you'll only have fun when there's no wind. but looks nice for sure.

kalle, Tuesday, Aug 29th 2006

re;hormassive must be great if your sitting the other side of a valley from it! Looks ultra long throw!

catweasel, Tuesday, Aug 29th 2006

does anybody have experience with the behringer bcr2000 midi device? please check forum. pretty unsatisfying results so far...

zark, Monday, Aug 28th 2006

panopticon, Sunday, Aug 27th 2006

eesh, sorry that shot was almost as ugly as my screenshots ;>

panopticon, Friday, Aug 25th 2006

just found a neat glitch technique: lfo->switch->ord2enum->blendmode and lfo->map->backbuff width. see screenshots.

panopticon, Friday, Aug 25th 2006

Ahh cool! I think I may have been complicating matters somewhat! Cheers!

@cat: kringel3.v4p (23.96 Kb)

elektromeier, Thursday, Aug 24th 2006

@EleK I've been looking at those tendrils in processing too, I feel they should be easy but.....

catweasel, Thursday, Aug 24th 2006

hi, there was a patch here, where a cam is tracking a square, moving on the flat plane and creating a cool texture on that plane. does any of you know where or which patch this was? thx

victronic, Thursday, Aug 24th 2006

seen all that tendrils done with processing id like to try something similar with v4 :)

elektromeier, Thursday, Aug 24th 2006

ampop: was me. kalle: what does that glove sense exactly?

elektromeier, Thursday, Aug 24th 2006

kalle, Wednesday, Aug 23rd 2006

ampop, Wednesday, Aug 23rd 2006

david, Wednesday, Aug 23rd 2006

@panopticon: i updated this page http://vvvv.org/tiki-index.php?page=ArbitraryPoint+%28Transform%29 in the node reference.

kalle, Wednesday, Aug 23rd 2006

panopticon, Wednesday, Aug 23rd 2006

http://images.google.de/images?q=Kelvin-Helmholtz&ndsp=18&svnum=100&hl=de&lr=&oe=ISO-8859-1&start=0&sa=N googling for Kelvin-Helmholtz images is nice

kalle, Tuesday, Aug 22nd 2006

@leinwandler: what browser are you using? with firefox 1.5.0.6 it works well.

david, Tuesday, Aug 22nd 2006

@eno : this long exposure things is nice

sanch, Tuesday, Aug 22nd 2006

is there a bug? in galeria the button "new post" doesn`t work...

leinwandler, Monday, Aug 21st 2006

of course. as sanch said its a grid with perlin noise. with "long exposure", i.e. the renderer is not cleared

eno, Monday, Aug 21st 2006

i think it´s the grid with some perlin noise on differerrent transformation and a multiply blend mode , or maybe a vertex shader. But the autor can say it himself

sanch, Monday, Aug 21st 2006

agreed on the screenshots. I would love to know how those are done, I'm trying to do something just like that right now.

panopticon, Monday, Aug 21st 2006

joreg, Wednesday, Aug 16th 2006

That will ve very cool, and the low cost development license is very appealing. Does the Wii include distribution of games as well? joreg: i havent heard any responce to messaging you or emailing the vvvv team

milkytreat, Wednesday, Aug 16th 2006

definitely. and it seems nintendo is going a more interesting way http://games.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/08/15/162221 not sure though whether one can devel for their platform as well

joreg, Wednesday, Aug 16th 2006

well money aside, its still a cool idea no?

milkytreat, Wednesday, Aug 16th 2006

and you need to subscribe not only as developer - but also to use the stuff. very moft.

max, Tuesday, Aug 15th 2006

from the article: "The tools will be available in trial form from 20 August and there is a $99 (£55) annual subscription." hahahaha

milkytreat, Sunday, Aug 6th 2006

but again, was was the semantic difference between FIFO and Queue? if there isnt any, i´fd prefer the "advanced" tag

oschatz, Saturday, Aug 5th 2006

FiFo sounds good...

tonfilm, Friday, Aug 4th 2006

@tonfilm: the name is really badly chosen. I think FiFo (Value) would be better. I should rename it

ampop, Friday, Aug 4th 2006

fine here too, but i would prefere the name Queue (Value Advanced)

tonfilm, Friday, Aug 4th 2006

@kalle: I didn't use the I (Spreads Legacy). Maybe some messup. I'll check. Thanx for the info. Edit: I've downloaded the zip file and everything checks out fine... anybody else has a broken I (Spreads)?

ampop, Friday, Aug 4th 2006

@ampop: both queue modules have a broken link to the I (Spreads Legacy) module. in general its difficult to nest a module inside a module.

kalle, Friday, Aug 4th 2006

catweasel, check messages...

tonfilm, Thursday, Aug 3rd 2006
