play_Jelly ( 2004 ) is a 3 level "Particle System" ( with 20.000 Quads )
using an IR-frame( xy )plus an Upgrade ( z-depth ) in the
middle..

This Project was focused in a kind of my first touchless Interface,
as an interactive musicvideo, using an IR-Controller ( ELO TOUCH ),
modified with another z-depth in the centre of the frame,
to navigate the Particle System >WITHOUT< touching ..

this Prototype was a handmade Camera, whith a built-in "Color-analysing-System" ( vvvv, without fft )

The Camera ( t4_ / Hommage to Tamás Waliczky* ) is a physical device, fixed on the body of an 80's Polaroid, combined with an Highres VideoCam, a laserpointer & Display for the Orientation and a FLOCK OF BIRDS as the physical motiontracker mapped to an early vvvv patch for analysing colors in front of the Cam, made to transform the wireframes, synced to the given music of SOLVENT .. / to remote the ( handmade! ) '3D VISUAL' in Realtime via the physical flight over each color of the cables ..

the next project is called: " WireworldCam" ( 2003 )

This Project was a handmade musicvideo, while using the Movement

of my physical "Gamepad" ( sitting infront of my "3D-Television Setup" )
live recorded to an early DVD-Recording Hardware.

Note: every movement was added to another, plus toggles..
( further and further, for getting a real chaotic "Dynamic System".. )

1rst level = mapped to the toggles.. ( GamePad )
2nd level = mapped to physical moves.. ( xyz-depth )
3rd input = mapped to frequency/of music.. ( improvised + fft )

The 4th input was mapped to maintoggle ( Start: Logo Animation )

Idea = love watching clouds in the Sky ( as "cloud pictures" )

This touchless Prototype is my "Hommage to the Technics MKII " ( Vinyl-Device )

and it`s made to play the different levels of the '4Channel mp3player' H²O-Remote
with the given vvvvj-patch inside ( 4 mp3s + the Visual together.. )

instead of using finalScratch, midi-controller, toggles etc.
using different levels of the users body-Resistance* ( 9V )

about the title: 1|1|1 spoken: one one one ( means 1:1:1 )

This Prototype was made to create an augmented ( AR-)Setup,

later having the first realtime "Interactive Television" @ my University,
as an earlyBird( again ) my former Professors don´t understood this,
long time before Youtube was starting, we could have a Realtime System
for our 1.4 Mio.EUR "Virtual Studio"( http://www.orad.co.il/ ) instead of using that
antiquated Non-Realtime "3D-MAX"( ORAD gave us ! ) together with an "own"
and "IP-based" Content Management Tool, collecting the 2D/3D-Animations
of our Students, they´ve made each Semester ..

Having the first IPTV_Vj-Channel ( but my Professors ignored this idea ) for that i was collecting ..

and have even recorded over around 70-80 Clips ( each 3-4 min.) for the first "IPTV-Server" i´ve build,
like Festival Documentations, Installations & Vj-Reels, streamed over a second level, using that both early
Real- & Apple-Broadcaster ( installed on different PCs, included a first "OnDemand" for mobile Devices.. )

This private Discipline was made to create improvised and draft Visuals, while the Dj is playing

his music, as a real spontaneous & impulsively music visualisation to increase my own Graphics, myself..
instead of the typical Problem at the "Picture+Sound-Synergy" Visual Artists allways trying to find the
perfect Sync only inside of the "Beatcount" as cold as clean that Visuals, electronic Music, CGI and /or
narrative "Character Animations" won´t make it better.

Long time ago ( vvvv without fft ) i was in love with some tracks i´ve looped as possible,
after hours testing each patch, with another music hours again, then changing, again & again..
for getting the right feeling about, balancing dynamic, speed or the color mood as open as possible,
then having "the Goal" for each Viewer he´s getting his own "Point of View" watching each selective
focused Element of the Graphics "headsynced" to the Non-Realtime Music ( outside of the recorded DVD ).

Suggestion: please having a " VVVV Live Patching Award" at Node2010 ( without fft, presets.. )

Inspired form the early VVVV-Community & the great NY-Share People,
my Intention - first to say - was focused in different levels, into "to share"
of my doings in Wiesbaden, bringing home that "Sons of FluXus.."-Community,
over 40 Years later, may call it re-starting in "FluXustown" as my own Hommage
to Nam June Paik ( and his GlobalGroove 1971-1974 ) while he was a Pioneer
of the Videoart ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nam_June_Paik ) and an early
member of FluXus 1962, together with Maciunas, Cage and others ..

FluXus = was the first international Community, for artists ..
after that 1964 he moved to New York City..

2nd level: let´s call it "Open Source"..

"SHARE" now is one of the most important "Open Source-Communities" worldwide,
( founded 2001 ) as an early example before CreativeCommons.org ( i.e. CTM 2007 )
as one of the early OpenNetworks talking about "to open" Copyrights and using
Realtime Video*. Now we´re often invited to talk about us + Creative Commons
( i.e. MIT, in Boston / March 2007 or CTM, Clubtransmediale 2007 / Geneva .. )

VVVV from the beginning, since 1997 was focused in develop Software & prototype
Hardware, then 2002 MESO startet to open their Toolkit, as kind of "Open Source" ..
while keeping the core..

Today, for me, it´s funny to see the "share"-buttons @ Youtube, Vimeo and others ..
