This plugin offers a collection of nodes to access various database systems:

Database: To provide a database connection
Insert,Update,Delete: to Manipulate data.
Select: To retrieve data.

Each database system contains it's own collection of nodes (to be able to offer native access).
Supported back ends are:

SQL Server (any version)
ODBC
OleDb (Access)
PostgreSQL
SQLite

The plugin uses a simple generic system, so adding new database servers is extremely easy.

NOTE: The database nodes all uses a Connection String pin (instead of the Host/User/Password like mysql), so you can use any advanced option you like.
